My personalized sessions are designed to guide you through the realms of mindfulness, presence, connection, intuition, energetic impact, and boundaries, all in the serene embrace of nature.

We will engage in exercises on the ground that deepen how you can understand  & connect with horses. 

You’ll receive translated, real-time feedback from the horses and personalized coaching that offers insight on your unique gifts, areas for growth, and ways of showing up in the world. 

We will engage in bonding exercises with the horses that offer fun, insightful ways to learn about yourself, herd dynamics, and the neuroscience of horses.
